We knew we wanted to continue to grow Align Marketing Group but in order to do that we knew we were going to need to get more organized. We had heard about EOS but it wasn’t until we met Kelly O’Donnell, who is a professional EOS consultant, that we made the decision to take the plunge. We started on EOS in January 2023 and since then we have been happy with the various tools that are a part of the EOS system because they have helped us identify and articulate our firm’s goals, vision, purpose, and values. We are also constantly implementing and updating our firm’s processes and procedures, which has helped us stay consistent and focused. 

The EOS process helped us clearly articulate our firm’s unique value by when we worked through the ‘Three Uniques’ exercise. We have found that clarifying our uniques has helped us differentiate our offerings, attract the right audience, build credibility, guide marketing efforts, align our team, and foster long-term growth. By identifying what sets our firm apart, we are better equipped to attract clients who resonate with our distinct offerings, establish credibility, and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service.
