The Challenge
Financial Planning Navigators, a financial services firm that was transitioning from a Broker/Dealer platform to a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), approached us to help them establish a strong brand and online presence. They wanted a brand identity that reflected their love for the outdoors, while conveying their commitment to clear, confident financial planning. Along with a compelling brand, they needed a user-friendly website that would effectively communicate their values, engage potential clients, and make it easy for users to confidently navigate their financial journey.


The Solution
We began by working closely with the client to craft their unique value proposition (UVP) and messaging. This foundational step allowed us to clearly define their mission, values, and target audience, ensuring that the new brand would align with their vision. After finalizing their UVP, we then helped them select a name that resonated with their audience and reflected their firm’s ethos. Next, we developed a fresh logo, color palette, and tagline that visually captured their brand identity and reinforced their messaging.
With the brand strategy and visuals in place, we designed and launched a responsive, user-friendly website. The site features an engaging infographic to visually communicate the client journey, with intuitive navigation paths tailored to different client needs. We also made sure the site provided clear steps for becoming a new client, while consolidating resources in one convenient area for existing clients.
